Welcome to Spring Green, ACT 9!

Avery and Jack begin their day with an egg delivery.  There were four big boxes like that.  It takes a lot of eggs to feed hungry riders and crew!

Avery enjoyed a renewed sense of kitchen confidence during the ride as she perfect skills at dicing potatoes, tomatoes and cucumbers; and then made meatballs and calzones later.

Bruce and Elspeth helped Avery chop 50 pounds of potatoes for breakfast.

Avery took charge of the line, distributing burritos to riders and crew.

Eric bravely worked next to the “Boss.”

One of the challenges of the ride is making food for 300 with minimal equipment and space, and in just a few hours time.  The amazing ACT 9 Food Crew made it look easy.

It’s all-hands-on-deck to assemble 300+ burritos just an hour before bikers and crew will want to eat them!

Grandpa Steve came to Spring Green to help us out on Day 1!
